Located in Volusia County, Orange City sits on the east coast of Florida, approximately 42 miles north of Orlando and 27 miles southeast of Daytona Beach.

1. Blue Springs State Park

Just west of Orange City is Blue Springs State Park. A popular tourist destination, the park is open from 8 am until sundown 365 days a year. It consists of 72-degrees waters of blue spring along the St. Johns River. Volusia Blue Spring, the largest natural spring on the St. Johns River, can be found in the park. Other available activities include canoeing, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, camping, hiking, swimming, and wildlife watching. Wildlife here includes manatees, birds, ospreys, eagles, and kingfishers. The park has 51 campsites and six cabins that can be rented out as well.

2. Family Fun Town

Family Fun Town is an entertainment complex located right in the heart of Orange City. It’s the perfect place for families to go and enjoy time together. Attractions here include birthday parties, go-karts, mini-golf, batting cages, virtual reality, arcade games, and more! 

Other attractions close to Orange City are Deland’s Museum of Florida Art, Wekiwa Springs State Park, and The Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
